While we are NOT an authorized dealer of any of the watch that we sell, we do source our watches directly through authorized dealers and distributors. We thoroughly screen all of our vendors on a regular basis to make sure that they meet the high standards we set for all our business associates. Every high-end watch manufacturer imprints a serial number on each of their pieces for identification purposes. We guarantee that each item we sell bears the original manufacturer’s serial number intact and without any alterations. We also have 100% positive feedback on ebay and strive to maintain our status of being a Top Seller by providing our customers with only authentic and genuine watches.

Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 7-days of delivery and we will refund your order. Please note this does not apply to items that are on memo, special and/or custom orders, and trade-ins. If you are planning on returning an item to us, it must be returned in its original box with everything it came with. The only fees you will be responsible for are return shipping costs and a transaction fee of 3.5%, and for international customers, any duties or value-added taxes.
